Outcomes that matter
Setting your student up for success
Your student’s future is our priority. From day one, they’ll have access to career coaching, leadership development and real-world learning that prepares them for life after college.
Many of our first-year students live in business-designated residence halls to experience living-learning communities that feature classes, tutoring resources and instructors' offices right in the dorm.
Most of our undergraduates, 86%, secure jobs within six months of graduation, with starting salaries on average of $55,000. We’re here to help your student build the skills and confidence to succeed.

Safety, support & student well-being
A community that cares
At State, your student’s safety and well-being come first. On the Corvallis campus, we have 24/7 support from the , with an opt-in .
All students have online or in-person access to dedicated academic advisors, peer mentoring, tutoring, and leadership coaching.
OSU also offers a diverse suite of online or in-person . As one OSU parent shared, “Knowing there are safety resources and wellness support available made a huge difference for us.”
For a short time, we even had The Weatherford Cat.

One person at a time
Every student at their best
The culture we create at the College of Business is focused on the goal that every student will realize their full potential, face challenges with confidence and contribute to sustainable communities and businesses.

We're in WUE!
Out-of-State discounted tuition opportunity
is part of the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) network, a partnership that helps students in 18 U.S. states and territories with paying for college. WUE allows us to offer a tuition discount — the WUE scholarship — to out-of-state students. WUE limits non-resident tuition as a College of Business student to no more than 150% of in-state tuition rates; this translates to nearly $15,000 of savings per year. If eligible, when you apply to OSU, you'll be considered automatically for this scholarship.

Explore academics
Undergraduate majors and minors align with typical business academic disciplines, while options (within a major) add critical, industry-driven skill packs aligned with career pathways and employment trends. We also offer microcredentials and certificates. Our program finder easily allows sorting and filtering to explore our academic offerings.
Paying for college: Making exceptional learning opportunities affordable
Earning your college degree is an investment and a strategy. OSU and the College of Business have numerous resources to help navigate the steps needed to help defray costs.

Transparent costs, one one page
OSU provides easy-to-understand cost breakdowns for tuition, fees, and living expenses for Corvallis, Cascades and online students.

Scholarships
Each year, on November 1, OSU ScholarDollars opens for applications. All students, newly admitted and continuing, are eligible to apply for scholarships in ScholarDollars. College of Business-specific scholarships, funded by the college community (including student businesses!) fund additional opportunities, and 40% of our students demonstrate financial need.

Financial aid support
OSU provides information and support to its students and families to help navigate the aid process and answer any questions you might have. This is the place for FAFSA info and deadlines and much more.

CAFE: Advancing financial education
The OSU Center for Advancing Financial Education (CAFE) is a Center for Excellence within the College of Business that provides FREE consulting and financial planning education for OSU families, students and the community. Learn about topics such as paying for college (billing, financial aid, scholarships, resources, and more), creating a budget, or post-college financial planning..
