This short, self-paced training is directed at people in every type of role and at every level of their organization. It provides a short summary of the research on how successful DEI initiatives advance business goals, the historical context for DEI work, and definitions of several key terms and concepts that are commonly used in DEI literature. The course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
