Overview
Biography
I’m a first-generation college graduate with a deep commitment to student success. Since 2019, I’ve worked in higher education, specializing in academic advising and counseling at both community college and university levels. I’m passionate about helping students navigate their college journeys and achieve their goals.
In my current role, I support initiatives that promote financial well-being and student retention. My interest in personal finance began after college, when I embarked on a debt-free journey, successfully paying off all my debt within two years and remaining debt-free since 2020. Financial literacy is deeply important to me, and I’m dedicated to empowering others with the knowledge and tools to take control of their financial futures.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my husband, playing pickleball, rowing, traveling to new countries, and discovering new cuisines.
